Agent Handoff

Hand off conversations to your support agents by manually taking control of conversations in the conversations tab.

How to hand off conversations:

  1. Navigate to the active discussion.

  2. Toggle the 'Automatic' switch to 'Manual.' The toggle is located at the bottom of the screen just above the right side of the text box.

  3. Now you can reply to the conversation as an agent.
