Specific Phrases
The specific phrases trigger is great for workflows that are dependent on user inputs.
Setup
Select the 'Specific Phrases' option in the trigger dropdown.
Change the button name by changing the name of the workflow in the top right.
Add trigger phrases by typing a desired phrase and clicking 'Add Phrase.'
Common Uses
Collecting context-specific forms — feature requests, bug requests, billing information, etc.
