Exit Chat

This is triggered when a user exits the chat widget.

Setup

  1. Select the 'Exit the Chat' option in the trigger dropdown.

  2. Change the button name by changing the name of the workflow in the top right.

Common Uses

  • Collecting customer satisfaction ratings

  • Collecting contact information
